Return and Exchange

Returns and Exchange Terms:

  • These terms apply only to direct sales made by us to you. They do not apply to sales made by third parties.
  • We accept returns for account credit only.
  • Merchandise’s return or exchange request must be received within 2 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Goods must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Refunds are not provided for any goods sold.
  • Goods can only be exchanged for replacement or store credit if they meet our terms and conditions.
  • The amount paid by you can be used as store credit for future purchases if we do not have the desired size in stock.
  • All conditions applicable to the return of goods also apply to the exchange of goods.
  • To initiate a return, please write to us at info@anantboutique.com. We will respond promptly to your email.
  • If you are unsatisfied with the product received, you may have the option to exchange it or, at our discretion, receive a refund.
  • We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit.

Return and Exchange Policy:

  • Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached.
  • Damaged or soiled returns may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
  • Please inform our customer care department if any goods/products are delivered without tags.
  • Include belts and any provided designer packagings such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags with your return.
  • Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
  • Try shoes on a carpeted surface before wearing them.
  • Briefs, swimming costumes, and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled.
  • Damaged items received are considered faulty, but items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. Faulty items may be exchanged for the same product and size, subject to availability. We may also offer to repair faulty items.
  • While we make every effort to display accurate colors on our site, please note that variations may occur due to differences in computer monitors.
  • Custom-made orders are non-returnable.
  • Shipping charges for returns, store credit, or alterations are the customer’s responsibility.

Cancellation:

  • We cannot process cancellations once the order/orders have been processed.
  • Store credit will be provided for canceled orders.
